The Honorable member representing Pankshin/Kanke/Kanam Federal Constituency in the House of representative and the Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Navy Rt. Hon YusufAdamu Gagdi has commenced the construction of culverts in Gum-Gagdi the headquarters of Gagdi Ward of Kanam Local Government Area.
The project which commenced few days ago, has been progressing steadily. The culverts construction is one of the numerous projects that have continued within the constituency after the general elections.
It forms a critical part of road network that connect people of Gum-Gagdi and Dull, thereby enabling the movement of people and products, hence uniting the good people of Kanam, especially the residents of the two communities and their economy.
Construction workers were seen digging drainages throughout yesterday and the construction is expected to be completed by the Reps member before the end of his first tenure for commissioning.
Gum-Gagdi residents have expressed satisfaction with the pace of the work, while hoping for maintaining quality and assured Hon Gagdi of their support to his administration.
