The First phase of the Prudent Energy Handball Premier League 2022 will hold in Abuja in May, the board of the Handball Federation of Nigeria (HFN) has decided.
According to a statement by the HFN Secretary General, Alhaji Maigidansanma Mohammed, the executive board of the federation met during their quarterly meeting in Abuja and approved for the first phase of the top tier handball league to hold from May 22 to June 4, 2022.
The second phase of the premier League is expected to hold in Lagos later in the year.
The HFN board, according to Alhaji Maigidansanma Mohammed, have resolved to organise a 3 day Refresher Course for Premier League Coaches and Referees before the commencement of the first phase of the League on a date to be decided.
