Dr. Durunguwa Abdulmalik, Commissioner National Population Commission and APC Governorship hopeful in Kaduna State has described as satanic, inhuman and sad, the attack on the people of Agban, Mararaban Kagoro and Tsonje community in Kagoro Chiefdom, Kaura Local Government Area.
Dr. Durunguwa said he woke up with the sad and unfortunate news over the horrendous killing and destruction of property in the Kaduna communities.
While mourning those who lost their lives to the attacks, Durunguwa, prayed for the souls of the departed faithful to rest in peace.
Kaduna State Government had declared a 24-hour curfew in Jema’a and Kaura Local Government Area on Monday, with immediate effect, following the attacks to save lives and property and enable the restoration of law and order.
According to the NPC Commissioner, the incident which has so far recorded 25 deaths, is “inhuman, satanic, sad, devilish and morally unacceptable and should be entirely condemned.
“On behalf of his family, fans and supporters, the Hon. Commissioner NPC has extended his heartfelt condolences, thoughts to the Chairman of Kaura LGA Hon. Mathias Siman, the family of the victims, the people of Kaura LGA and Kaduna State Government over this satanic and ungodly incident.”
He urged the citizens and residents to be watchful and always be on alert to report any distressful and suspicious movement to the security agents within and around their environment.
