Marathoner gets Lagos First Lady’s encomium

Wife of Lagos State Governor, Bolanle Ambode has commended a Marathoner, Fadesola Adedayo for his foresight, urging other Athletes to emulate him.
She made the commendation when the Marathoner who early last year created a record by trekking from Abuja to Lagos opened a eatery known as “Live Well Bia outlet” in Lagos.
According to her, the decision of the Marathoner to open a business outlet capable of not only creating employment opportunity to people but also help in boosting the economy of the country is commendable and an indication that with proper planning, sports men and women can be self employed after retirement .
Speaking earlier, Fadesola Adedayo an Engineer by profession told NNSports that his decision to open the food business which was an extension of Yoshey ventures Ltd was to give back to the society, create employment and enable people eat in a conducive environment that will help in health living.
He further explained that the eatery located at Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Mall, Surulere, Lagos is to cater for both the rich, poor, young and elderly members of the public.
In his remarks at the occasion his father, Dr. Adesola Adedayo while congratulating his son for the initiative, charged parents to always encourage their children or wards to accomplish their dreams even as he appealed to government to create enabling environment for youths to realise their dreams.
