Kaduna Sports Commissioner Kicks Off P&A 8 Nation Tournament

The Kaduna State Commissioner of Sports Development, Idris Nyam on Saturday did the ceremonial kick off of the maiden edition of the P & A 8 Nation U-13 to U-16 Soccer Tournament at the Ahmed Musa Centre in Karji, Chikun Local Government Area.

The tournament featuring Senegal, Egypt, Cameroon, Algeria, Mali, South Africa and hosts NIgeria is expected to end on July 31.

The tournament powered by Pato Academy Kaduna, will witness activities every Saturday between May 14 and July 31 from 9:30am.

According to organisers, the tournament will be streamed live in 16 European countries, where several scouts will be looking out for talented players.

It is supported by Maltina, PAN NIgeria, Correct FM, KRPC, Ahmed Musa Centre and a host of others.

The organisers, P&A Football Academy is based in Nigeria and was formed in the year 2013 with the mission to discover young soccer talents in Nigeria and the rest of Africa and make them better person in the society.

The academy is duly registered and affiliated with the Nigeria Football Federation and the Kaduna State Football Association.

“We believe in the numerous Human and natural resources that Nigeria and Africa posses most especially in the football industry and P&A Football Academy was setup to enable us recognize and deploy these talents,” President of P&A, Mr. Patrick A. Adeolu aka Pato said.
