As leadership acumen remains a priority  in the aspect of governance, some of the leaders remain committed to ensuring that  people of all categories benefit from their mode of leading.

In this regard, I decided to write this piece in order to commend  Dr. Yusuf Mohammed Sabo, the Executive Chairman of Bichi Local Government Council for his quality leadership style that has brought much development to the people in every sector.

The struggle being done by the Bichi council boss and how he governs the affairs of the local government area has certainly enabled his electorate to benefit from different types of democratic dividends in accordance with their aspirations,  ward by ward, as seen across the local government area.

What is most inspiring  to onlookers is how Dr.   Sabo,  professionally detected most of the problems affecting the people at both Bichi metropolitan and at the rural communities, which is a landmark achievement to a great politician.

Although there is no adequate time that would enable me to present all the  success recorded by Dr. Sabo’s administration, but I am certain that the leader has delivered in almost every sector in terms of general infrastructure, education, healthcare, empowerment and  skills acquisition programmes that make Bichi Local Government Area a  model  for others.

It is known that in democracy, there must be some challenges, but in no distant future, we would come up with those challenges and hear how Dr.  Sabo is working out modalities towards ensuring the urgent overcoming of such obstacles that hinder some aspects of governance.

In conclusion, I wish to reiterate that local government administration is one area of leadership that is facing challenges, especially  Bichi, which consists of prominent political class, business moguls, academicians and political differences, but it is gratifying to note that Dr. Yusuf Mohammed Sabo remains an achiever.
