A statement jointly signed by TY Buratai Foundation’s National Coordinator, Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani and Founder, Engineer Hassan Muhammad said at 62, Nigeria has made remarkable progress, which would be consolidated upon by 2023, when the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu comes on board as Nigeria’s leader.
“We are here today as a nation because of sacrifices made by our past heroes, with some paying the supreme sacrifice in the process.
“We as a foundation will therefore, support Tinubu and will work tirelessly to ensure he emerges winner in 2023.
” We have an even better tomorrow, as we are optimistic that with the emergence of Nigeria’s number one human capacity developer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (Jagaban), Our dear nation will see a leap in the Human Development Index (HDI) and it will translate to better economy, peace, security and prosperity,” the statement said.
It urged Nigerians not to lose hope following the present challenges, assuring that, ” where we are heading is better than where we were and where we are today.”
The foundation therefore, congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari and all Nigerians for witnessing the nation’s 62nd Independence Anniversary, while praying for the country’s unity, prosperity and positive growth in all fronts in years ahead.
