Tears As Nasarawa Gov’s  Son  Is Committed To Mother Earth

Tears kept running down the cheeks of mourners of late Hassan Sule, the son of Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule as his body was  committed to mother at Gudi in Akwanga LGA of the state.

Mourning the late Governor’s son, the Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly (NSHA), Ibrahim Abdullahi Balarabe  described the death of Hassan, as a great shock, painful and colossal loss to the people of the state. 

He made this known in a condolence message issued by his Press Secretary, Jibrin Gwamna on Friday, praying God to forgive his shortcomings, grant him paradise and comfort the family.

Balarabe extended  condolences  to the governor, his first wife, Hajiya Silifat, the entire family and the people of the state. 

The Speaker who described death as inevitable to every mortal that will occur whenever God so desired, urged Governor Abdullahi Sule, his family, friends and the entire citizens to see his demise as the will of God and continue to pray for the reposed of his soul.

“We woke up this morning with the sad and shocking news of our dear son, Hassan, the son of His Excellency Governor Abdullahi Sule, what can we say, God Almighty is the sole giver and taker of life. 

“This is one death too many at this time, it is very shocking, painful and colossal, may the Almighty Allah accept all his good deeds, forgive his shortcomings and grant him Aljanatul firdausi as his final abode and comfort us all,” he added. 

Speaker Balarabe described the deceased as a promising, humble and cherished young man. 

In the same vein, the Jakadan Arum, Barrister David Ayuba Dumwe also condoled with Governor Abdullahi A. Sule over the loss, describing the death of late Hassan as a colossal loss.

He prayed God grant Governor Sule and the first family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. 

“It’s my prayer that the Almighty Allah grant his soul eternal rest in aljanatul firdausi,” Dumwe added. 

Late Hassan, who died at the late hours of Thursday has been buried according to Islamic rites in Gudi, Akwanga LGA of Nasarawa State. 

He died aged 36 and left behind a wife, Salamatu Odeh whom he married in June last year. 

He’s the eldest son of Governor Sule with his first wife, Hajiya Silifat.
