The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State is set to reclaim the seats of the State House of Assembly members who dumped their beneficiary party.
About four members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly (NSHA) who were elected under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had run away or decamped with the mandate to the ruling party.
The opposition had approached the Court of Justice to reclaim the seats.
The House Members are David Maiyaki, Gitata/Karu; Samuel Jacob Tsebe, Akwanga South; Danladi Jatau, Kokona West and John Osewu representing Doma South Constituency.
