The Kaduna State Police Command has assured members of the public of its readiness to ensure a hitch free Easter festivities.
A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of the Command ASP Aliyu Usman said that in view of the approaching Easter Holidays, the Command has drawn an elaborate Operation Order to checkmate the activities of criminal elements.
It went further to say that, ” In this regard, the command has put in place all necessary security measures to ensure the safety of lives and property during and after the holidays.
“In view of the mapped out strategies, the Command wishes to once-again reassure the citizens of Kaduna state of its readiness to promptly respond to distress calls and decisively deal with any person or group of persons who might constitute threat to the peaceful atmosphere of the state.
” The command hereby advice parents/guardians to monitor the activity of their wards and to report any suspicious movement of persons, bags and other mysterious objects noticed in public areas to the nearest police/security formation.
