*Excited over UNFPA’s announcement that state is listed in next phase of interventions in Nigeria

Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, on Monday, commended the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the sustained cooperation and support to Kaduna State.
Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe expressed a delightful heart, when she received the team from the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) led by the Resident Representative in Nigeria, Ulla Elisabeth Mueller, who came to Government House in Kaduna.
According to her, Kaduna State Government is pleased with the announcement from Mueller that Kaduna is among the states to benefit from UNFPA’s next phase of interventions in Nigeria.
In a remark, the leader of the UNFPA delegation, Ulla Elisabeth Mueller commended Kaduna State Government for its sustained commitments to protecting women.
“Consequently, protecting the girls rights and investing in promoting the welfare of its people,” she said.
