Jigawa APC Guber Aspirant Says Badaru’s Assurance Of Fairness At Primaries, Assuring

Jigawa State Governor, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar’s fairness and promises made in several party’s stakeholders and caucus meetings reaffirming that he doesn’t have any person in mind to support is a welcome development.
These were the words of Hon. Farouk Adamu Aliyu, a Jigawa State All Progressives Congress (APC) guber aspirant  insisted that there is no aspirant that he can withdraw his ambition for.
According to him, “Yes I have no problem with consensus, because even Islam said consensus is a better solution.”
The APC leader maintained that, ” I Hon. Farouk Adamu Aliyu a founding member of All Progressives Congress (APC) I find it expedient to make a formal declaration as an aspirant seeking for election during the forthcoming party primaries and the 2023 general elections”.
Honourable Farouk then announced the  agricultural sector as one of his top priorities if given the mandate and elected as Jigawa State Governor.
In a related development, a Jigawa PDP gubernatorial aspirant, Hon. Bashir Adamu Jumbo has vowed to run a transparent and people oriented governance if elected.
According to him,  the governance which will encompass  fear of God, honesty, transparency, inclusiveness, social justice among the government and the governed.
” Based on my track experience as four-term federal lawmaker in the upper chamber, my public exposure and experience in the art of governance, I have the capacity, and administrative techniques in steering the leadership of Jigawa State under the banner of my party the PDP, in line with our party’s cardinal objectives”
Speaking at a press conference while unfolding his mission to the teeming PDP supporter’s in Dutse stated, “we will accord priority attention to agriculture through the integration of our research institute to lifeline for effective operation in terms of improved seedlings, soil infertility, chemical production among others with a view to boost the sector, we will extend same  treatment to our educational sector, where we intend to access, evaluate and monitor our teachers performances, for quality service delivery.
“Furthermore, we will ensure all our schools are  provided with adequate teaching aids and support them to acquire training and re- training to update their skills and certification for improved professionalism and excellent services. Also, we will enhance teachers motivation, promotion and prompt payment of monthly salaries to teachers for improved teaching methodology as motivation,” he said.
According to him, “the PDP administration under our watch will introduce certain policies and programmes aimed to better the lots of our people in areas of human capital  development through disbursement of soft loans to women and the youth to expand their local businesses, crafts and arts for self reliance under our economic empowerment programme in a bid to curtail poverty and unemployment.”
