Guild Of Automobile Technicians Call On Kano Govt,  Dawakin Tofa LGA To Provide Infrastructure At Mechanic Village

The chairman of Guild of Automobile Technicians Association (GATA), Kwakwacin Dawanau Branch,  Alhaji Bala Na Sani has called on the Kano State Government  and Dawakin Tofa Local Government Council to provide good infrastructure at the mechanic village.

He made the appeal in an interview with our correspondent  at the mechanics village where he disclosed that Kwakwacin Dawanau mechanic industry is the best in West African, where more than one million people mostly youth depend on the industry for survival on daily basis.

Bala Na Sani added that, "we are appealing to His Excellency, 
the Executive Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje to connect the industry with national grid, provide Juma'at mosque and a clinic because the place accommodates more than three million people who are mostly youth which is refered to as employment provider". Furthermore, he stated that the chairman of Dawakin Tofa Local Government Council, Alhaji Ado Tambai Kwa,  has brought to the place a brand new electricity transformer but it is still pending   installation.
The chairman called on the state and  Dawakin Tofa Local Government Area to join hands and provide more infrastructure at the industry especially at present when the place is becoming an employment hub. Alhaji Bala Na Sani added that, " we also need a clinic and Juma'at mosque because the place is now ripe for every type of mosque due to how the people of all categories are trooping to far places in search of mosque every Friday, and I wish to use this opportunity to thank Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje and Ado Tambai Kwa for their efforts to create more employment opportunities".
