A former Governor of Oyo State and Chieftain of All Progressives Congress (APC), Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala 73, is dead.
New Nigerian gathered that the former governor died this morning in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT).
It was learnt that Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala reportedly slumped and died this morning in Abuja where he was said to have gone for a meeting.
As at the time of sending this report, some of the political associates and followers of Otun Alao-Akala are still in shock over news of his death.
Otunba Alao-Akala a retired police officer and a grassroots
politician was born on June, 3 1950
He was the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Alliance ( ADP) in Oyo State in the 2019 general elections.
