Funtua zonal branch of Commercial Tricycle Association of Nigeria has reminded Katsina State Government on the need to fulfill a promised made of providing members of the Association with motorcycles on loan basis.
Zonal Chairman of the Association Alhaji Almajir Mohammed made the reminder at an occasion organized by the Association in Funtua.
Alhaji Almajir Mohammed said there was need by Katsina State Governor Aminu Bello Masari to fulfill the promise he made before the expiration of the present administration.
The Zonal Chairman recalled that, similar gesture was done to some sister Associations of NATO and NURTW hence the need for the Commercial Tricycles Association to also benefit with the gesture.
Alhaji Almajir Mohammed called on the entire members of the Association to co-operate with security agents in the area in maintaining peace and order at all time.
He urged them to always be on good and security conscious where on duty to avoid contact with bandits, kidnappers and other people of questionable characters.
The Zonal Chairman directed his members to always report suspicious people to relevant authorities for prompt action.
