“A nation can thrive under disbelief, but not injustice” – Sheikh Usman dan Fodio.

“War they say isn’t about who is Right but who is Left”.

“Peace is not the absence of war but the presence of Justice”.

“Bad Judgement is A Threat To National Peace” says Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, Chief Justice of Nigeria.

All these maxims explain the Necessity of Justice in any society. Where there is justice, certainly, there will be peace. A society, where people beg the ruling class for justice, should not be seen as a democratic society, justice is divine, a divine order from the Almighty God, The Creator of the Heaven and the Earth, He is God of Justice, He wants us to be fair, to be equitable, to be just as He is to all mortals.

It is sad to see justice fast becoming something very difficult to achieve in our society. Justice is now a sin.

The rulling class, the elite can no longer tolerate justice, they use the commonwealth of the people to suppress justice, they threaten The judicial officers who would have ordinarily upheld Justice. They use the security apparatus to suppress and oppress justice with impunity.

To them, they have largely achieved this and to them, there is absolutely nothing the masses can do, as long as they have the Army, the DSS, the Police on their side.

They have forgotten that everything under the heaven has an expiry date and there is a limit to how long masses can tolerate this.

The prevalence of socioeconomic and political injustice is becoming more obvious in Nigeria. The ruling party has bought over the Independence of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) as well as the judiciary, making these critical stakeholders in the nation building more subservient to their dictates.

The tenure system we operate in our democratic system has been largely abused due to electoral injustice.

We need nobody to tell us that the masses are running out of patience, the repercussion of prevalence of Injustice is looming and this is audible to the deaf.

I am using this medium to call on critical stakeholders in Nigeria home and abroad to stand up for the rescue of our great nation Nigeria.

The Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger situation is here, something must be done very fast.

The only way out is justice, the Judiciary, The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC as well as other Institutions of Government must be allowed to work naturally without coercion from the ruling party, they must uphold Justice at all levels.

The patience of the people must not be taken for granted, the wishes of the people, socioeconomic and electoral wishes must be respected and strictly observed without any intrusion.

We are not just talking, we are concerned about the decadence in our system, we are passionate about our country, we want justice, peace and harmony as well as progress in Nigeria and the only way to get this is through unhindered administration of justice.

He that has ear, let him listen to the words of Wisdom!!!
