Dubai Sexual Escapade: Police Docks 4 Chrisland School Teachers

Following the messy sexual escapade of a female student of Chrisland School while away in Dubai, four teachers have been arraigned by the police in Lagos over alleged conspiracy and attempt to pervert justice.
The affected teachers named Oladotun Sotunde, Elesho Tajudeen, a female teacher, Rhoda Olanipekun and Ajiboye Hammed were docked before a Lagos Magistrates Court in Yaba presided by Magistrate Adebayo on Tuesday.
They were said to have accompanied the pupils to the world School Games in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates where the messy incident occurred.
The teachers were arraigned on two counts charges bordering on conspiracy and attempt to pervert justice.
They however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The head of the Legal Department at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti, Superintendent Yetunde Cardoso said that the defendants committed the offence on April 25, at Chrisland School, in Victoria Garden City, Idimu, Lagos.
According to the Police, the defendants were asked to accompany and supervise the students to Dubai for a world school games.
She held that the sureties must submit copies of their National Identification Number (NIN), and their Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASRRA), cards.
She further directed that one of the sureties must be a land owner, but all of them must be residing within the court’s jurisdiction and be gainfully employed with evidence of three years tax payment to the Lagos State Government.
Magistrate Adebayo ruled that the case file be duplicated and sent to the Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecution, DPP, for legal advice.
She adjourned the case until June 13 for mention.
