The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Lagos Council has called on well-meaning Nigerians and philanthropists to support Mr. Olayinka Mogaji, financially for brain tumor surgery.
Mogaji, who hails from the Badagry area of Lagos State, is also the spouse of Oluwaseun Mogaji, a broadcast Journalist at Voice of Nigeria (VON).
According to a medical report signed by Dr.Gbadebo-Alake O.E, of The Hopewell Hospital Limited, the patient was recently diagnosed with Meningioma(Tumor of the Brain) and he is scheduled for surgery.
The five million and five hundred thousand Naira is expected to cover for the surgery, theater, Anesthesia materials and maximum hospital stay for five days.
