Governor Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai of Kaduna State and his Deputy, Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe on Thursday, visited Giwa Local Government Area.
The Governor held a meeting with stakeholders over the recent security challenges in the area.
el-Rufai, condoled the people of Giwa Local Government Area, over the loss of lives and destruction of properties from bandits attacks in some communities.
At the stakeholders meeting, Governor el-Rufai received briefings from traditional rulers, religious and community leaders and the security agencies deployed to the area.
The Governor of Kaduna State, was accompanied by the Secretary to the State Government, Balarabe Lawal Abbas, the Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan and other senior Kaduna State Government officials.
