The Kaduna State Female Hockey Team, KADA Queens, were on Wednesday airlifted to Ghana preparatory to the African Club Cup Championship.
The team left Murtala Muhammed square Kaduna and proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja.
The Kaduna State Director of Sports, Mr Yakubu Ibrahim encouraged the players to be good ambassadors of the country entirely and to the state in particular.
The Special Assistant to the Commissioner Mr Muktar Mohammed, encouraged the players to maintain the unity and team spirit they showed while on camp.
