The Ketare District Development Association (KDDA) and the Ketare Youth Development Association in Kankara Local Government Area (KEDEMA), have celebrated their monarch, the Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as he clocks twenty three years on the throne.
This was contained in a statement jointly signed by the chairman of KDDA, Ibrahim Sam’ila Ketare and that of KEDEMA, Comrade Mudassuru Lawal Gurbi and made available to newsmen in Katsina.
The statement commended the Kanwan Katsina District Head of Ketare Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara for bringing developmental projects in communities of Ketare district.
While felicitating the monarch as he marks 23 years on the throne as District Head of Ketare in Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State, the statement recalled that the late Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Dr. Mohammadu Kabir Usman turbaned the Kanwan Katsina, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara on on November 4, 2000.
The statement described the 23 years of the Kanwan Katsina on the throne of Ketare District as eventful and full of achievements in the areas of youth and women empowerment, educational development, water supply, health, roads, computer training for the youths among others.
The two Ketare District based associations wished the Kanwan Katsina, Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara good health, God’s guidance and blessings to continue bringing more development to the communities of Ketare District and Kankara Local Government Area as a whole.
KDDA and KEDEMA also described Alhaji Usman Bello Kankara as a leader who has passion for the development of communities in Ketare District, where he goes around government ministries, agencies and departments to scout for projects to be executed in his domain.
The statement prayed for the return of peace in Ketare District, Kankara Local Government Area, Katsina State and the country as a whole.
