Yammamman village, located in Tsanyawa Local Government Area of Kano State is becoming a tourists attraction, naturally decorated with different types of precious stones that are laid bare on ground surfaces and underneath the layers for decades.
Our correspondent who visited the village, gathered that despite the precious stones that can be seen on the earth’s surface, there is also a huge deposit of other economically vital mineral resources that attract miners.
Similarly, New Nigerian investigation, revealed that from Soro Daya Village to Yammamman, there are some areas close to waterways that attract mining activities, where people often dig in search of mineral resources and from what some of the residents of the area revealed, there are different types of precious stones found underneath.
In his remarks, a resident of Soro Daya village, Malam Abubakar Lawan disclosed that, “in this area, we have good deposit of every type of solid minerals and from what you have seen with your naked eyes, the place is enriched with precious stones that attract mining activities on ground,” he added.
Furthermore, Yammamman Village usually receives visitors of miners of all categories, in order to make researches on how they can try the area which is having different types of stones that are very economical and precious that are needed in the value chain of national and international mining industries.
