The Chairman of the Senate Ad-hoc Committee On Southern Kaduna, Other Crisis Areas, distinguished Senator Kabiru Ibrahim Gaya has expressed confidence that the committee is finding a lasting solution to the all the crisis they have been mandated to tackle.
He expressed this on Thursday when heupdated the general public on efforts being made.
Senator Gaya who is also the Vice President, Inter-Parliamentary Union, explainedthat the committe is working round the clock to find a permanent solution to various crisis, spread across many states.
It would be recalled that in the 7th Senate, it was Senator Gaya’s committee that brokered peace when the Rivers State Assembly was in crisis, vis -a-vis a battle for supremacy.
