VIO Joint Task Force Commandant Reminds Abuja Okada Riders Of Restrictions

The Area Commandant of VIO Joint Task Force Wuye Command, Shehu M. Adam has adviced motorcycle (okada) riders operating in the Federal Capital City to always abide the law that prohibits their activities within the nation’s capital.

Adam gave the advice, while briefing newsmen in his office at Wuye Command, adding that the areas where they are prohibited include Federal Capital City Area 1,2,3,7,10, Asokoro, Maitama and co, Cash and Carry, Life Camp, Jabi Utako, Cantata Bridge along Airport Road, Jahi and Katampe 8 Extension.

Also included are along Kubwa Road, Karu Bridge to town, Kuruduma Village and Apo Round About.

Adam also used the opportunity to appreciate the support by the FCT administration in ensuring the full implementation of the exercise.

He therefore, called on the attention of Okada riders to ensure they comply.

The commandant also applauded the Director VIO Wadata, for the tremendous support he is giving them to carryout their responsibility.
