A one-day Planning Meeting and Training of Education Managers on digitalization of Attendance and Admission Registers has been declared open in Katsina State.
Declaring the training workshop open,, the Executive Chairman Katsina State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Alhaji Lawal Buhari Daura described the training as timely as the world is changing to technology oriented.
Alhaji Lawal Buhari Daura represented by the Board’s Secretary Dr. Isah Idris Zakari further stated that through the digitizing the process attendance and Admission Registers it will enhance simplifying work and keep good records.
He then charged participants of the training to give their maximum support and cooperation to achieve the desired goals
Earlier in a welcome address, the Technical Adviser on BESDA in Katsina State Alhaji Lawal Muhammad Kofar Sauri stated that the twenty one NON Intensive Learning Programme Local Government Education Authorities were attending the training programme.
In a goodwill message, the State Project Coordinator Adolescents Girls Initiative Learning Empowerment (AGILE) Mustafa Shehu has assured that the AGILE programme would continue to collaborate with the Better Education Service Delivery for All-BESDA to move the education sector forward in the state.
