*Congratulate him on election as President elect

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Engineer Oyedele Alao on Wednesday, said that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu election as Nigeria’s next President will return the country to the comity of nations where economic prosperity, security and political stability are hallmarks of development.
Engineer Alao stated this in a statement to congratulate the President- elect, Asiwaju Tinubu, for winning the last Saturday, February 25 presidential election.
The APC Chieftain emphasized that the emergence of Asiwaju Tinubu as the President-elect is a well deserved victory for a man with decades of political activism and democratic struggle, stating that it is the beginning of a renewed hope for the country.
He maintained that he is confident that the president-elect would work hard to return the country to the comity of nations where economic prosperity, security and political stability are hallmarks of development.
Engr Alao stressed that the President elect ” is a man of immense experience, capacity and competence who will be the servant of the people of the country irrespective of tribe or religion”.
” I wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the National Leader of our dear party and Jagaban Borgu, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, for his resounding victory in last Saturday’s presidential elections”, he said.
Engr Alao added, ” I have no doubt in my mind that Asiwaju Tinubu is an achiever, progressive and pro-people. As a bridge builder and man with midas touch with many decades of democratic struggle, I know that with our collective support he will replicate the giant strides recorded in Lagos State in the entire country and move our dear country to higher heights’.
“I am sure that his deserved victory would be the dawn of a renewed hope for the people as he will make every Nigerian and the country proud by running an inclusive and purposeful government.”
While congratulating President Muhammadu Buhari, the national leadership of APC, leaders and members of APC in Oyo State led by the governorship candidate, Senator Teslim Buhari, for the memorable victory, the APC Chieftain noted that the success of the 2023 elections attests to the fact that democracy is the only credible means of attaining power with the people at the centre of the struggle.
” I commend leaders of APC, President Muhamnadu Buhari; Senator Teslim Folarin, members and supporters, for working assiduously to deliver this remarkable and memorable victory”.
Engineer Alao however urged APC members in Oyo State to work assiduously to deliver victory for the party during the gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections on March 11, noting that the joy of victory would only be full when wins the state by sending the present administration of Governor Seyi Makinde of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) packing from the Agodi Government House
