Honorable Suleiman Yahaya (Sudi), the immediate past Chairman of has received accolades and commendation from the people of Mubi North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The electorate.spoke well of Sudi when he formally declared his intention to run for the second term in the office of the Chairmanship of the LGA.
The declaration held at the weekend, witnessed thousands of people hailing the former chairman, chantingcontinuity of his people-orientated leadership.
Yahaya, who is seeking reelection under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in his formal declaration speech, vowed to build on his laudable projects in and around Mubi North.
Alhaji Adamu Sabon Layi whom our correspondent interviewed, said that Sudi does not need to campaign because his works are campaigning for him.
According to him, the people of Mubi North have dedicated their votes for him and no other candidate will take his place.
The ex Chairman reminded them that the Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri is focused on working for the people of the state and under him, the state is undergoing a lot of transformation.
He therefore, said it’s on that premise that he cannot afford to fail the people of Mubi, he must follow suit, stepping on the leadership and strides of development like Governor Fintiri, his political role model.
He promised them another version of development in Mubi North if his mandate is being considered by the people.
