The House of Representatives Tuesday suspended its plenary to honour a late member, Elijah Adewale.
Adewale reportedly slumped and died in his Abuja residence on July 21, 2016 just when the House was set to embark on its annual recess.
Until his death, Adewale represented the Ifako Ijaiye Federal Constituency of Lagos State.
The House which resumed with an unexpected calm over the perceive tension from the budget padding allegation would resume regular plenary this morning (Wednesday).
