A call has gone to Nigerians making inciting comments that could undermine  democracy and the unity of Nigeria to desist from such acts.

Prophet John Oluwadare of Christ Redemption Bible Church, Ketu, Lagos, gave this warning during the monthly Anointing service of the church, in a sermon, titled, “SUPERNATURALLY SECURED AND PRESERVED”.

He said persons and /or groups, who are calling for the return of the military to destabilise the current administration, should not be tolerated in the country.

The clergy stated  that the recent military coup in Niger and Gabon, respectively, could not be a yardstick to create confusion and tension amongst Nigerians.”His words: Nigerian must discourage series of messages spreading via the social medias for the return of the army to be careful not to soil their hands”

He said, although, Nigeria is a multi-lingual and a multi-ethnic state; different in faiths and in religion, but are God’s project, hence united them as HIS own people.

His words:” We are a nation of people established by God, in spite of our differences in tribes, in faiths, and in tongues, God created us as an undivided entities”.

The Prophet however, described the situation in the country as a phase, that would soon pass.

“For God would preserve the citizens, especially President Bola Tinubu, and secure the nation from disgruntle and selfish people,” he predicted.

He stated further, now that, the country is currently been recognised in the comity of nations, efforts should be geared towards supporting  Mr. President, to steer the ship of the nation to a successful destination.

He therefore, encouraged Christian leaders to pray for the safety of the citizenry, unity of  leaders and the security of Nigeria.
