The need for Christians to strengthen their faith and be hopeful in God for a revitalized nation, and to key into the word via thanksgiving and praise for effective manifestation and revival has been stressed.
The Founder and Spiritual Head, Christ Goshen City Assembly Worldwide, Apostle. Glory Helen Ikeleji stated this during Thanksgiving Sunday Service with the theme: Power of Dominion at Unguwan Maigero, Kaduna State, Nigeria.
Reading from Revelation 5:9-12, the minister of God explained that,
God created man to take dominion as referenced in Genesis 1:26, pointing out that, the Hebrew’s word for dominion is ‘Radar’, depicting the need for man to discover and posses.
Glory Helen Ikeleji maintained that, for one to take dominion, it is pertinent to discover his purpose for existence, noting that, boldness, strength and determination were also Germain to achieve the set goals and objectives.
She further pointed to the fact that, being focused, with divine direction as well as hearing from God, according to Prov 3:4 were necessary ingredients that would enable one live a spirit filled life.
The clergywoman emphasized the need for believers of God to walk by faith and be watchful over their associations, and that, they should never be scared of being alone in life as situations may demand.
She added that, praise and thanks giving are covenant pathways when religiously adhered to could pave the way for dominion leading to the manifestation of divine providence in their life’s endeavuors here on Earth.
High point of the Thanksgiving Sunday Service was prayers for divine intervention in the new year for provision, protection, as well as turn around in the nation’s leadership and governance.
