Christians in Nasarawa State have been urged to embrace unity especially in areas of politics in order to forge ahead in their struggles.
The chairman Nasarawa State Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Doctor Joseph Masin made this call in an interview with press men in Lafia, on Friday.
The CAN chairman who disagreed with the speculation at some quotas that Christians have been deprived or marginalized in the state, added that it is only the Christian brothers that are refusing to unite and reason together.
According to him, “No Christian is marginalized in terms of power,
If you refuse to unite, then you fail, No Muslim is marginalizing them. “They failed to reason with themselves. They are their problem. I believe in saying the truth and nothing but the truth. They will remain like that if they fail to unite themselves. A divided home cannot progress”.
The Christian head also admonished wealthy Christians in the state to extend their hands of fellowship to the less privileged in the society especially those that were ravaged by crisis in some parts of the state in the recent times.
