PAN Trainess Go Wild With Excitement Over Ganduje’s Cash Gift

The 150 trainees sponsored by the Kano State Government at the Peugeot Automobile of Nigeria (PAN) Learning Centre went wild with jubilation on Tuesday, when Governor Abdullahi Ganduje announced cash gifts of N10,000 to each of them.
The governor made it clear to them that the cash was not part of their monthly allowances, but a gift for their dedication and discipline.
Ganduje who was accompanied by three members of the Kano State House of Assembly, also announced that after their training, they would be empowered.
The trainees were also told that land would be provided for them to establish their businesses.
“The permanent secretary of lands Kano State was deliberately selected among the entourage to facilitate the provision of land which you can use as clusters for auto mechanic, auto mechatronics and auto panel beating and spraying,” Ganduje said.
Speaking earlier, one of the trainees, Mohammed Khalid had appealed to the governor to set up a mechanic village in Kano.
He thanked the governor for his commitment at ensuring youth are empowered, while assuring him of their support in ensuring he  a second term in office.
Also speaking, a female trainee, Zuwaira Abubakar said that Kano State is about to make history by producing quality female engineers in mechatronics, auto mechanic and auto panel beating and spraying.
She prayed for God to continue to bless the governor.
