Oyo South Senatorial Race: Ibarapa East APC Leaders, Members Back Olooye Adegoke

Leaders and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State have pledged their support for Olooye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke in the Oyo South Senatorial race.

Receiving Olooye Adegoke at the party secretariat in Eruwa, the APC leaders and members in the area assured the Oyo South Senatorial hopeful of their readiness to support his ambition.

According to the APC leaders in Ibarapa East, their support for Olooye Adegoke will be as a result of his integrity, competency, saying the Senatorial hopeful stands as an honest and man of his words, which has never renegade on his promises.

APC Chairman in Ibarapa East Alhaji Lateef Ajiboye while welcoming Olooye Adegoke  assured him of their unflinching support, promising that they would work as one indefatigable family to ensure that he emerge victorious at the primary.

Alhaji Ajiboye then appealed to other members, leaders and delegates from other local governments in Oyo South Senatorial District to support Olooye Adegoke Adegoke’s aspiration for better representation at the red chamber.

Another APC Chieftain in local government,  Pa S.A Adeegbe while speaking at the meeting prayed for Adegoke on his aspiration, saying, Oyo South needs people of Olooye Adegoke calibre at Senate for good representation. 

Other APC leaders leaders in the local government including Siji Oyelola, Adelore Atanda and Alhaji Fatai Ayanyemi, youth leader, Aderoju Babatunde and women leader, Mrs Olayiwola Victoria individually pledged their support for  Olooye Adegoke urging him not to forget them like those who have occupied the position before him, after clinching the ticket and eventually win the election. 

Speaking, Olooye Adegboyega 

Adegoke, thanked the APC leaders and members in Eruwa and the entire Ibarapaland for expressing their support for him and promised not to let them down.

The APC Senatorial hopeful who is also  the Aare-Onibon Balogun of Ibadanland promised to bring development to all nooks and crannies of  and a philanthropist per excellence

Olooye Adegoke while promising to ensure that traditional rulers have a voice in governance if elected as Senator representing the district, lamented the position the current constitution placed the traditional rulers in the comity of governance.
