The Commandant Airforce Comprehensive School Kano, Wing Commander Ahmad Abdul has disclosed that there is a cordial relationship between the Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC) and his school on roads accident reduction along Kano-Katsina highway.
He stated this in his remarks while receiving the FRSC Bichi Commandant, Mr. Yakubu Z. Lar who paid him a courtesy visit.
He commended the FRSC for reducing road accidents on Nigerian roads, adding that there is the need for every organisation and formations to partner with the FRSC for successful service delivery.
Wing Commander Abdul stressed that the Airforce Comprehensive School Kano would continue to support the FRSC whenever a programme on road safety is initiated in order to ensure that all is well on Kano-Katsina road because the ongoing road dualization and filling of potholes on the old lane needs extra care from the motorists.

Earlier, the Bichi FRSC Unit Commander, Mr. Yakubu Z. Lar told the commandant that he came out to see how the potholes filling was going on the old lane and the mode of work is satisfactory because the construction company handling Kano-Katsina road dualization is working successfully for the repairs of all potholes that usually cause ghastly accidents that claim many lives and property along the road.
He then thanked the commandant for receiving him warmly and promised to cooperate with his school for successful road safety programmes and reduction of road accidents even after the ongoing dualization and road repairs.
