In line with human capital development policy of a faith based outfit, the Omega Power Ministry (OPM) Foundation has trained 100 youth in advanced high-end digital skills from OPM Free Skills Acquisition Centre Port-Harcourt Rivers State.
The youth that comprised members of the Omega Power Ministry and non members of the church, graduated on Friday after completing studies in various vocations that includes: Information Management System, International standardization for organization (ISO), E-Archiving, Intranet/extranet Cyber Security, video editing, Photography, Confidential secretary,. Coding, Animations, Big Data Metadata concepts Etcetera.
The colourful graduation ceremony held for the participants, was attended by the general overseer OPM, Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, some government functionaries and also some foreign facilitators from Asian countries.
All the participating youths that were full of joy were presented with certificates to certify their competence in the advanced high-end digital skills acquisition which had made them employable by any institutions or individuals that might need their services.
The man of God in his remarks while speaking with newsmen, said the effort is in furtherance of the policy of his ministry to continue building human capacity and the schemes are for indigent children, especially from less privileged background, irrespective of their ethnic background and religious beliefs through the Omega Power Ministry Foundation Initiative.
