The National Agricultural Extention Research and Liason Services (NAERLS) has honoured AGRA Country Director, Dr. Kehinde Makinde, and the Programme Officer, Dr. Esther Ibrahim, with awards of excellence for their excellent performance and leadership in agricultural transformation in Kaduna State and Nigeria.
They were honoured for their outstanding performance, leadership, professionalism, and dedication to AGRA activities toward the agricultural transformation in Kaduna State and Nigeria.
Their dedication to AGRA activities has been instrumental in the project’s success since its inception.
They have been strategic in generating new ideas, possibilities, and perspectives, achieving organizational goals through teamwork and partnerships.
Their leadership style, and proactive strategies as well as
real-time feedback constructive
corrections when needed inspired
partners to align with the project’s
vision.
The awards were presented by
NAERLS Principal Officers for their
contributions, particularly in
strengthening grassroots extension through the Community Based Advisor.
