Kaduna State Government, led by Governor Nasir Ahmad el-Rufai
has signed an MoU with Integrated Facility Management Services Limited on the management of Murtala Square, Kaduna.
It would be recalled that Murtala Square is one of the projects under the Kaduna Urban Renewal commissioned by President Buhari on the 20th January, 2022.
The remodeled Murtala Square has these new developments: – 1,000 capacity conference Hall, Main pavilion ( 1,000 sitting grandstand, wellness clinic, restaurant, lounge and offices), Open sit-up- 1.4 km horse racing track, 1.4 km jogging track, Bicycle track- Indoor sport hall (martial arts, aerobics, weight lifting), 2nr basketball courts, 2nr lawn tennis courts, 2nr volleyball courts, 2nr handball courts, Beach soccer pitch, 3 number of Astro turf, 7- aside futsal pitch, Fives court, Cricket pitch, Standard football pitch, Rugby Pitch, Olympic Size Swimming Pool and Diving Pool, Hockey pitch, Football five aside pitches, Diving Platform, Clubhouse with and open rooftop, 12 room boutique Hotel, Tech Hub, Natural Grass Pitches, General Landscraping, and other infrastructure.

Integrated Facility Management Services have significant experience in facility management and are currently the operators of Eagle Square and International Conference Centre in Abuja.
In addition to KDSG’s tremendous investment in the facility, they
will further invest in the facility to attract reputable brands.
Both parties have agreed on a phased plan for the opening and as such, facilities such as the jogging trail, walking and bicycle tracks to be open to the public in the next 10 days.
