Malumfashi Old Boys Association  Expresses Confidence On  Ability Of Katsina State Radio Service GM

National body of Malumfashi Old Boys Association has expressed confidence on the ability of the new General Manager of Katsina State Radio Service, a veteran journalist, Alhaji Lawal Attahiru Bakori to deliver in his new position.

The association expressed this through its State Chairman,  Comrade Mannir Sulaiman during a courtesy visit to the new General Manager  at his office.

Comrade Mannir Sulaiman who is also the State Chairman of Medical and Health Workers Union  of Nigeria (MHWUN), said Lawal Attahiru Bakori as General Manager of the radio station would not be a disappointment.

According to him, the new General Manager’s previous records in all positions he held remained exemplary as he demonstrated honesty, transparency and accountability.

He therefore, expressed gratitude to Governor Dikko Umar Radda for appointing one of their own and one that has been supportive to the Local Chapter of their Association to serve as General Manager of Katsina State Radio Service.                                              

While urging for support from staff of the State Radio to the new General Manager, Comrade Mannir Sulaiman prayed God’s guidance and protection to the appointee to achieve successes.

Others who spoke during the visit, Abdu Idris Maska, Dahiru Iro Dabai and Bashir Sule Anche promised to continue to pray for successful stewardship of the new General Manager of the State Radio Lawal Attahiru Bakori being an efficient and reliable member of their Association.

 They however, urged him to remain fair and just in handling the station and its staff affairs. 

 Responding, the new General Manager of Katsina State Radio Service Lawal Attahiru Bakori reached his earlier resolve to do his best to move the station forward on whatever way possible.  

  He expressed gratitude to the Association for the show of solidarity and promised not to let them down during his stay as General Manager of Katsina State Radio Service.
