Maina Sympathises With Victims Of Recent Borno Attacks

The Former Chairman of Pension Task Force Reform, Mr Abdulrasheed Abdullahi Maina has expressed his sympathy to the families of the victims of the bomb attacks in Borno State.
The twin blasts were said to have occurred intermittently at the market in Maiduguri and at the yam section of the market respectively.
The police said over 20 people lost their lives in the twin blasts, while 53 were injured.
Although other accounts said 32 people died and some said the death toll ran into dozens.
In a condolence message through his Media Adviser Malam Abdulllahi Usman, on Wednesday, February 21, made available to New Nigerian on Thursday, Maina prayed that Almaghty God would help Borno stop future attacks by Boko Haram.
“My condolences to the families of the victims of recent bomb attacks in Borno State. I’m confident that our security agents and the Intelligence are doing their best to stop these attacks. May the souls of the dead rest in peace,” Maina said.
