By; SULAIMAN AHMED MISAU, Katsina In less than a month after making a pledge, Katsina State Gubernatorial Candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Dr. Dikko Umar Radda, has constructed a hand pump borehole for Kwatta Community in Mani Local Government Area. Dr. Umar Radda in a statement by Director, Media and Publicity Katsina state APC campaign council, Alhaji Ahmed Abdulkadir made the pledge during his campaign rally to the Kwatta ward on December 14, 2022. Alhaji Abdulkadir recalled that the representative of the Village Head of Kwatta, Alhaji Isa Galadima, made the request to the APC Governorship candidate, Dr.Radda in the village. He said, “Alhaji Galadima was optimistic that, the APC Gubernatorial candidate, Dr Dikko Umar Radda would provide the community with safe drinking water when elected.” Alhaji Ahmed Abdulkadir stressed that, moved by the request, the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Dr Dikko Radda immediately directed for the construction of a borehole for the community. According to him the community thanked Dr Radda for promptly coming to their aid and pledged to support him in the forthcoming election. Dr. Dikko Umar Radda was on a ward to ward tour of the whole state to see for himself the situation people were in with a view to solving their problems when elected Governor, Director, Media and Publicity, Katsina State APC Campaign Council, Alhaji Ahmed Abdulkadir said.
