The Kano State Government has revoked licenses to all private primary and secondary schools operating in the state.
The development was made available to newsmen on Monday
through the state Commissioner of Education, Dr. Sanusi Muhammad Kiru.
The commissioner said a screening panel will be constituted to perform a fresh screening of all private schools
operatinh in Kano.
This comes days after a private school operator killed a five-year-old child,
Haneefa Abubakar in the state.
