Dr. Saleh Musa Wailare, a young and visionary politician and philantropist who contributed immensely to the development of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has dumped the party and decamped to the people’s Democratic Party (PDP) with over 10,000 APC members across Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency.
Dr. Wailare who was an aspirant for the House of Representatives from Dambatta/Makoda Federal Constituency on the platform of All Progressives Congress, now declared for PDP as he tendered a resignation letter dated March 28, 2022 through the office of the Wailare APC ward chairman, indicating his resignation from the party.
The letter read, ” I am writing to inform you that I have decided to resign from the All Progressives Congress (APC), due to the fact that the state party leadership refused to acknowledge my contributions and include me alongside my supporters to be part of the party activities which i deemed it necessary to resign from the party,, “the letter stated.
In the resignation letter, Dr. Wailare thanked the party leaders for the pleasant and personal interaction they accorded him during his stay in the party and attached a copy of his membership informing the party leaders that the original card has been dropped through Wailare APC ward chairman in accordance governing resignation.
It would be recalled that Dr. Wailare’s supporters have purchased an expression of interest form to contest for House of Representatives to represent Dambatta/Makoda Constituency, where he has now declared to run under the platform of the PDP in the 2023 general elections.
