The people of Okeho town in Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo State on Tuesday,  sealed off the office of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) in the town.
Trouble started early in the day when angry youth in the town stormed the IBEDC office protesting alleged erratic supply of electricity in the town for the past few days by the distribution company.
On arrival at the IBEDC office, the protesting youth were said to have demanded for explanation from the IBEDC staff met on duty regarding the 11 days  black out in the town.
All the explanations by the IBEDC staff were said not to be satisfactory to the protesters as none of the staff could assure the protesters of the exact time power supply would be restored to the town.
This situation according to sources annoyed the protesters comprising of youths in the community and other stakeholders on sensing that the IBEDC officials in the community might  have been playing upon their intelligence prompting them to sack the officials from the office.
Eye witness account said the protesting youths after sealing the IBEDC office in the town threatened not to allow its reopening until electricity supply is restored into the community .
