The combination of Kano State Deputy Governor and All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate with the former Commissioner for Local Government, Murtala Sule Garo is a welcome development that would ensure continuity in Kano State.
This was expressed by Hajiya Zainab Ali Musa, PRO, National Council For Women Societies (NCWS) in a special Sallah message she sent to the candidates.
She added that the combination would make Kano greater under their watch.
Zainab Ali Musa said, “we are happy with the development and are certain that Dr. Gawuna and Murtala Garo are real democrats, whose policies are targeted at national development, especially in a democratic dispensation.”
She called on the people of Kano State to support the candidates, while commending Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for transforming Kano to an exemplary domain.
