As the journey towards the 2023 general election is gathering momentum in Kaduna State, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic party (PDP) in Sanga Local Government Area of the state, Hon Augustine Beguwa has presented four vehicles to the campaign council of the gubernatorial candidate of the party towards the electoral victory in 2023.
Honourable Augustine Beguwa who contested to represent the Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency during the last PDP primary election, also expressed his resolve to working actively towards the electoral victory of Honourable Isah Ashiru Kudan and his running mate, Dr John Markus Ayuba with a view to bringing the desired positive change and good governance to Kaduna State and the country in general.
According to the PDP chieftain, losing a primary election should not be a basis for anger and party antagonism, adding that the time has come for every party leader and supporter to close ranks and make the long awaited sacrifices needed for the overall growth and development of the PDP in line with its quest to salvage Kaduna state from the current socioeconomic and political decay.
Honourable Augustine Beguwa who presented the branded campaign vehicles to the Kaduna State PDP gubernatorial candidate, Hon Isah Ashiru in Kaduna on Wednesday July 26, 2022, also pledged to deliver Sanga Local Government Area for the anticipated election victory of the party in 2023.
Receiving the branded campaign vehicles at his campaign office, the Kaduna State PDP gubernatorial candidate, Hon Isah Ashiru thanked, Hon Augustine Beguwa for the good gesture and described him as a disciplined and loyal party member, who has demonstrated maturity and party loyalty, despite losing the PDP primary election for the Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency.
Hon Isah Ashiru also assured the Sanga Local Government Area PDP chieftain that the vehicles donated by him would be used judiciously for the electoral victory of the party.
Also speaking, the running mate to the Kaduna State PDP gubernatorial candidate, Dr John Markus Ayuba said Hon Augustine Beguwa is a good democrat with genuine intentions to serve his people, pointing out that together, they shall work and deliver Southern Kaduna to the PDP come 2023.
Dr. John Markus Ayuba further enjoined other critical stakeholders of the PDP in Kaduna State to emulate the exemplary support and the leadership charisma displayed by the Sanga Local Government Area PDP chieftain, Hon Augustine Beguwa in the best interest of the party’s anticipated election victory in 2023.
Meanwhile, Hon Augustine Beguwa during the occasion, presented four branded campaign vehicles as well as posters, flex and other valuable materials while reiterating his resolve and readiness to push for unification of all aggrieved party leaders and members for the overall growth and electoral victory of the PDP in Kaduna State and the country in general.
