*FRSC blames over speeding

Four persons, all males died in an auto crash on Saturday along the Ibadan-Oyo expressway.
New Nigerian gathered that the accident occurred when an 18-sester passenger white Toyota Hummer bus with registration number JJJ 941 XA (Lagos) somersaulted.
It was learnt that trouble started when the bus said to be overloaded and traveling at top speed lost control and somersaulted many times.
According to the Atiba Unit Commander of Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC), DCC Bayode Olugbesan, 20 people were involved in the accident but only four were confirmed dead at State Hospital, Oyo.
DCC Olugbesan blamed the accident on over speeding and overloading, disclosing that four people who died in the accident had been taken to the mortuary in Oyo General Hospital.
“All the victims are male and their destination is North, the cause of the crash was over speeding and overloading, the bus was supposed to carry 14 passenger but was loaded with 20 passengers,” he said
Mr. Olugbesan then urged road users to be careful while driving, avoid over speeding, overloading and night traveling.
