The Senator-Elect, Borno Central Senatorial’ District at the National Assembly, Barrister Kaka Shehu Lawan has no congratulated the the President-Elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and Vice President -Elect over their successful election in last Saturday’s presidential election which he said was described as the best even by the international observers.
He also expressed appreciation and gratitude to Governor Zulum and all APC ruling party stakeholders at the state, local and ward level;a including community, traditional, religious leaders as well as business community leaders, students leaders, security agents and the vigilante CJTF and Hunters for their honest, living and acclaimed support and votes in solidarity .
The Senator-Elect also sympathizes with the Monday market traders on the fire disaster that engulfed the market, while urging to bear the loss and regards such disaster as a destiny and from God.
He prayed God to continue to comfort them and .bless them with his bounties as well compensate them abundantly cushion their their loss.
Barrister Lawan further thanked the entire prop;e ND leaders of his senatorial district for their votes and decision to elect hi, to represent their interest at the national assembly who;w promising to serve them to his best and never to disappoint them neither the confidence the constituents reposed on him as a senator and member of the upper Chamber of the National Assembly.
He also acknowledged the support and cooperation of the media in the state, where he confessed that he has been a friend to the media at all strata of the circle in the state and respect the media with high regards always having related and Interacted always and severally with the media .
Kaka Shehu however, pledged to discharge his responsibilities according;y and in the overall interest of his Senatorial’ District and the electorate who elected him to represent them at the National Assembly in the next four years.
In his reaction to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Senatorial candidate, Hon. Mohammed Umar Kumaila’s allegations and complaints, leveled against the electoral body, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and APC the ruling party, he said, “I will not say anything for now. Hence he is a complainant and serial petitioner, we will meet in court ,” Senator Lawan said.
