All Progressives Congress (APC) Gubernatorial aspirant in Bauchi, Mahmoud Maijama’a Ajiya has sympathized with party delegates from Zaki LGA of the state who were recently involved in motor accident on way back from Abuja and prayed from quick recovery of those receiving treatment at hospital.
Alhaji Mahmoud Ajiya in a condolence message to the families of the unfortunate incident, prayed for the repose of the souls of Zaki LG deputy chairman, Alhaji Danjuma Sakwa and two other delegates who lost their lives in the ghastly motor accident, may Allah forgive their sins and reward them with Jannatul Firdaus.
He however commended the leadership style of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari for the way and manner he handled the just concluded national convention of the APC which witnessed the successful emergence of the party leadership in the country.
The Bauchi governorship hopeful said, “I appreciate the amiable leadership of the President, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, for providing exceptional leadership and guidance that saw the successful, rancour-free and peaceful conduct of the party’s national convention in Abuja”.
According to the Bauchi APC governorship aspirant, the leadership style and guidance of President Buhari, which facilitated the consensus arrangement that produced new reputable leaders, and further consolidated the unity and stability of the party is worthy of emulation by the nation’s political class.
Mahmoud Ajiya, also a former Secretary to the Bauchi State Government, congratulated Mr. President on this unprecedented democratic feat which could vividly be considered as a panacea for the APC to democratically sweep the polls at both state and national levels comes 2023.
Ajiya, similarly hailed the emergence of matured, composed and experienced members of the party’s national working committee (NWC) under the able leadership of Senator Abdullahi Adamu, along with 79 other captains, while wishing them successful and all-encompassing stewardship of the party.
“It is also worthy of note the significant role played by the National Caretaker Committee of the party under the leadership of Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni whose dexterity culminated to the successful and memorable conduct of the APC national convention”, he recalled.
Alhaji Mahmoud Maijama’a Ajiya then commended and salute all delegates from Bauchi state to the Abuja national convention of the party, and thanked the Almighty Allah for a blessed return home after the tumultuously witnessed event.
The former SSG appealed to APC faithful in Bauchi state to ensure unity among them, and work in harmony with one another to reclaim the party’s governorship seat of the state comes 2023 polls.
