Army To Fish Out Killers of Command School Commandant – Col Antigha

The Nigerian Army on Thursday said killers of the Commandant, Command Secondary School, Apata, Ibadan, Col. Anthony Okeyim would be fished out.
Deputy Director, Public Relations for 2 Division of the Nigeria Army, Col Timothy Antigha stated this in a statement made available to newsmen in Ibadan.
According to him, the army is presently working in conjunction with the Police and the Department of State Services towards fishing out Col Okeyim’s killers.
The Army spokesperson added in the statement that the joint investigation on the death of the Commandant of the Command Secondary School, Apata, Ibadan would not be concluded until the perpetrators of the crime are identified and brought to justice.
He stressed in the statement that the autopsy conducted on the late Colonel showed that he died as a result of “intracranial pressure arising from fracture of the skull” adding that any other stories connected with this case that is being spread by certain faceless individuals are false, diversionary and aimed at derailing the ongoing investigation.
Col. Antigha while maintaining that investigation was still ongoing, added that appreciable progress has been made.
It will be recalled that Col. Okeyim was found dead in the premises of Command Secondary School Apata Ibadan on December 12, last year.
