The Arewa Youth Advocacy for Good Governance has presented award of Excellence to the Registrar Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders in Nigeria (IMBLN), Dr Jasper Olusayero Adeleye for his contributions to nation building and peace co-existence among Nigerians.
Arewa Youth led by the Secretary General, Amb Bashir Nasir from Kano State, presented the award to Dr. Jasper Adeleye at IMBL Office in Abuja.
Amb Bashir Nasir said the group decided to honour the Ondo born administrator for his support to Nigerian youth and commitment towards providing sustainable empowerment for students.
Adeleye while appreciating Arewa Youth group, said his recognition by the good governance advocacy organization is a call to do more for humanity and nation building.
He explained the establishment of Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders through sponsorship of bill at National Assembly which was assented by former President Muhammadu Buhari in 2022, will sanitize mortgage industry and as well as created employment opportunities for youths across 36 states of the federation.
IMBL Registrar expressed optimism that the Institute would eliminate fraudulent and unlicensed practitioners in Mortgage Industry and position the sector to boost Gross Domestic Product (GDP) contributions in years ahead.
Other delegates of Arewa Youth for Good Governance are Director of Programmes, Amb Abdul’aziz Adamu from Jigawa State and Director of Media and Publicity, Musa Abdulsalam from Niger State.
